As a healthy food brand, our mission is to give you the confidence to create nutritious, natural food for yourself, friends and family. Our alternative culinary classes look at simple ways to introduce new foods and quick, healthy recipes into your diet that will really inspire you and make a big difference to your health and wellbeing.
We have planned a range of classes designed to give you the knowledge, techniques and confidence to start creating, and enjoying food that’s good for you.
All of our classes are completely gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free and can easily be made suitable for vegans. However, if you have any specific dietary requirements, tastes or tolerances, please do not hesitate to inform us when booking.
Classes run from 6.30pm to 9/9.30pm and cost just £35 per person, with a 10% discount if you book onto more than 3 in one go!
Here’s what’s included in each class:
- An evening of demonstrations, information and hands on cooking with Catherine (and guests!)
- Refreshments on arrival
- Take home what ever you make in your own tuba-wear boxes
- Printed recipe cards 🙂

Why not book a private class? We request that private classes are booked for 1-2 people only. They will cost slightly more at £45 per person, but you get us all to yourself!
