This class will begin over refreshments as Catherine explains about her veggie journey and lessons learnt along the way. In the class, we promote the use of whole, natural and unprocessed, plant-based foods to enhance your overall health & provide flavourful meals. The evening will involve a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery in a small group, meaning you get a lot of attention and time to ask questions.
By the end of the evening tofu will be your new best friend; and you’ll be set to cook more plants for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
